GOLFER FINED.
FURRIER’S MOTORING OFFENCE.
LONDON, May 15
The Australian golfer, ,J. Furrier, was fined £2 and had his driving license endorsed at Dundee for Caroles; driving at Carnoustie, where ne collided with and damaged another car.
Forricr pleaded guilty and explained that liis car skidded after lie applied the brakes.
On arrival in England, Furrier was presented with a motor-car to enable him to keep bis engagements in various parts of the country.
