Wanganui is to. have a new central police station, and construction of the new building will be commenced as soon as funds are available. Earlier announcement of the public accounts, and the proper charging of exchange in them, are part of the policy of the Government, according to advise received by the Auckland ynamber of Commerce from the Miaister of Finance,
