Going to the front bedroom of his home in Clyde Street Island Bay, on the evening of April 14, Stewart Ai thui Manttan found an intruder, whom he chased through a window and finally caught. James Perry, alms oinion Perry, aged 46, a boilermaker, was today charged in »the Magistrate’s Court with breaking and entering the dwelling, and avus committed ior sentence.
