OLYMPIC GAMES.
NEXT IN JAPAN? OFFICIAL’S RECOMMENDATION. Received April 11, 9.25 a.m. TOKIO, April 10. Count Baillet Latour, the chairman of the International Olympic Commit, tee, is returning to Europe after a visit of inspection. He intimated that he would be reporting to the committee that Tokio was suitable for the 1940 games. He thought the locality to be particularly favourable for Pacific countries like New Zealand and Australia.
