FATAL ACCIDENT.
LABOURER SUCCUMBS. When h'e jumped'off a moving lorry near Hamua late on Thursday evenwg’/cfYm, lab °urer, Albert Henry West Sedcole aged 19 years, sustained a_ fractured skull and later died in hospital. Deceased had visited Pahiatua and accopted a ride home on the back of a lorry driven by Mr G. Sunner. The lorry stopped at the home of deceased where two jlersona got off, but Mr Sedcole asked to be taken a« « m P lo yers’ place, the home of, M ? Delahunty, of Hamua. Mr Sedcol6i pimped from the lorry at the track leading to the farm and struck the ground with the back of his head. Deceased was a son of Mr F. Sedsole, of Hamua.
