RATES OF EXCHANGE. Received April 8. 9.30 a.m. LONDON, April 7. The price of gold is now £7 Os Bi-d per fine ounce. The dollar rate of exchange (Lon-don-New York) is now 4.94 15-16, and the franc rate (London-Paris) is 75.
