CHINA PROTESTS.
OUTER MONGOLIA PACT. Received April 8, 9.30 a.m. NANKING, April 7. The Chinese Government lias protested to the Soviet that the Outer Mongolia mutual assistance pact is an infraction of the Russians’ pledge to recognise Outer Mongolia as being under Chinese sovereignty.
