During' tho past season our club played several friendly games and wore most successful, winning the majority of the games. Credit is due to those members who catered for supper and ulso to Messrs T. Williams, A, Matthews, and R. Bishop for the use of their cars for transport? Messrs McLaren and McMurrav, secretary and assistant-secretary to tlie Manawatu Table Tennis Association, have made a verbal appeal to induce this club toTink up with the association. If it is possible to obtain the necessary transport I earnestly advise members to vote in support of this. In rcpect to the balance-sheet you will notico that the club is in a very satisfactory position, a credit of £8 showing on the books. Half of this sum is due to the efforts of the club’s social committee in conducting a dance.
