RESERVE WHEAT STOCKS.
CANADIAN CO-OPERATION. OTTAWA, April 6. Replying to the London suggestion that the Old Country should have a reserve stock of wheat in ease of war, Mr W. D. Euler (Minister of Trade and Commerce) stated that Canada was willing to co-operate in every way with the British Government, which should take the initiative.
