CRASH ON TO LINE.
A FORTUNATE ESCAPE. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 4. A car owned by Mr D. H. Riddiford, of Featlierston, crashed through the fence on to the railway line oil the Hutt Road this morning, following a skid. The Wairarapa express had passed just before the line was blocked.
