BIG HIGHWAY SCHEME.
HAMILTON, Feb. 10. The Main Highways Board lias approved of the Raglan County Council s scheme, involving the expenditure of £46.000, for the reconstruction and tarsealing of the Whatawhata-Rnglan section of the Hamilton-Raglan main highway, a distance of 23 miles 27 chains.
