THE AGA KHAN.
GENEROSITY AT JUBILEE. (Times Cables.) Received January 20, 1.40 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 19. The Times Bombay correspondent says that, announcing that owing to the King’s illness the noinreligious portions of the ceremonies connected with his own golden jubilee would be abandoned, the Aga Khan assisted in the prayers of thirty thousand of his followers for His Majesty’s recovery. The Aga Khan, in response to an invitation, seated himself on one side of huge scales while the leaders placed bars of gold in the other until tho beam tipped down, taking £25.ii.5 worth, which the Aga Klran announced would be devoted to the welfare of Isamili Mohammedans in India, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
