MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Appearing before Messrs V . F. Durwaru and G. M. Ransom J.P’s., at a sitting of the. Magistrate’s Court to-day, Richard Arthur Curnoiv, ol Woodville, miner and labourer, was charged that, on August 19, at Wailii, being a person released on probationarv license, he had iailed to comply with the conditions of such license. On the application of Senior-Sergeant Moriartv accused was remanded all Monday next.
