TWO RESIGNATIONS. PARIS,JAN. IS. M. Laval has announced that M. Herriot has agreed that his resignation will not take effect until M. Laval’s return from Geneva. M. Bertrand, Minister of Mercantile Marine, announces that he will resign simultaneously with M. Herriot.
