“FIGURE OF SPEECH.”
ALBERTA’S DIVIDEND. Received December 7, 9.10 a.m. MONTREAL, Dec. 6. Tho Premier (Mr W. Aber.hart) repudiates a pledge to pay 25 dollars a month to all citizens of Alberta as a social credit dividend. He states that the expression is only a figure ot speech. The amount to bo paid is not known and will probably be food and clothing only.
