SPANISH POLITICS.
NEW MINISTRY FORMED. Received September 27, 10.55 a.m. MADRID, Sept. 26. Following dissensions arising from the Catalan demands as a result of which fcienor Lerroux resigned the Premiership, .Senior Chapaprieta has formed a Ministry, including Senor Lerroux, pledged to continue the economy drive to revise the constitution. The President vainly appealed for the formation of a National Ministry.
