INSTANT DEATH.
FALL FROM WINDOW. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 26. Falling from a fifth storey window of flats in Vincent Street this morning, James Horton, aged about 48. a retired boot importer, formerly of Te Arolia, was killed instantly. He had occupied the flat with liis wife since Saturday, when he had returned from Australia on the Monterey after a health trip. His wife, who was in the flat, was too shocked to be interviewed by the police.*
