MOTORIST CHARGED.
Per Press Association. TIMARU, Sept. 26. i, An echo of a collision between two cars on the Timaru-Dunedin main road, at Kingsdown on July 11, wsy heard in the Magistrate’s Court before Mr C. It. Orr-Walker this morning, when Thomas Vincent, of Pareora, was charged with (1) negligently driving a car, (2) failing to keep as near as practicable to the. left of the centre of the road, and (3) negligently driving, causing the death of Samuel Kingston. The evidence was almost identical with that at the inquest and Vincent was committed for trial at Timaru on the third charge.
