GENERAL MOBILISATION.
ENFORCED BY EMPEROR. LONDON, Sept. 25. The Sun-Herald agency special correspondent at Addis Ababa urgently cables to-night that general mobilisation has been enforced by the Emperor to-day after being held up by his European advisers.
The hundred thousand men at Addis Ababa were called up immediately.
