COMING SHORTLY. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON. Sept. 12. A Gazette issued to-night announces that summer time will commence at 2 o’clock New Zealand standard time in the morning of Sunday. 29tli inst., and will end at 2 o’clock New Zealand standard time in the morning of Sunday, April 20.
