PUBLIC notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Buckley Drainage Board held on Thursday, the 12th day of September, 1935, the following resolution was passed: “That in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Part II of “The Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33,” and the Order-in-Council dated the 2nd day of September, 1935, known as the Buckley Drainage Board Loans Conversion Order 1935, published in the New Zealand Gazette, and of all other powers and authorities it thereunto enabling the Buckley Drainage Board hereby resolves to issue new certificates in conversion of the existing securities issued in respect of the Loans specified in the First Schedule to the said Order-in-Couneil subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the said Order-.in-Con.ncil.V The above resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Buckley Drainage Board to be held at the Board’s Office, Borough Council Chambers at Shannon on Monday. the 30th day of September, 1935, at" 10.30 a.m. Copies of the said Order-in-Council are deposited at the Board’s Office, and may be inspected by any interested persons during office hours.
