An Oriental Institute for the study of Eastern languages and problems is to be founded in Berlin and will be opened in October. _ This new institute will include within its scope the already existing Oriental Seminar, the Institute for Semitic and Islamic Sciences, tho Sinological Seminar, and the Indo-German Institute.
