RATES OF EXCHANGE. Received August 27, 9.25 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 26. The price of gold per fine ounce is now £6 19s lOju. The dollar rate of exchange (New York-London) is now 4.97 13-16 and the franc (Paris-London) 75 5-32.
