RETURN TO DOMINION. Received August 27, 8.5 a.m. SYDNEY, Aug. 27. The New Zealand journalist, Mr Edward G. Kerr, who attended the Press Congress in South Africa and afterwards witnessed the King’s Jubilee celebrations in England, has reached Sydney by the Jervis Bay on his homeward journey.
