During the past week the butter market in London has displayed a steady tone. On the cheese market a firm tendency has been evident. Unsalted: New Zealand, 104 sto 106 s (105 s); Australian, 100 s to 102 s (101 s). Cheese.—New Zealand: White, 50s (48s 6d); coloured, 49s (47s 6d). Australian : White, 48s (not quoted) ; coloured, 47s (not quoted).
