DELAYED VESSEL.
PERISHABLE CARGO REMOVED. Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Aug. 22. The perishable portion of the cargo of the Union Company’s freighter Waikouaiti, which is held up at Bluff because of trouble with the crew, was unloaded today. No fresh developments have occurred and it is not known when the vessel will leave Bluff.
