PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE.
Estates of a value of £1,220,317 were reported and accepted for administration by the Public Trustee during the month* of July. The total value of the estates under administration on March 31, 1935, was £60.706,016 and the new business for the four months ended July 31, 1935, was £2,401,155. Grants of administration made by the Court in favour of the Pubilc Trustee numbered 126 for the month. During the .period 312 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were deposited for safe custody by living testators, and 272 existing wills were revised to provide for changes desired by testators. The total number of wills now held is 84,427.
