COLD SNAP CONTINUING. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 21. A depression lias been crossing the Dominion and is being followed by an extensive anti-cyclone. The latter, however, is still centred over southeast Australia. Forecast: Strong southerly winds, to gales. Weather: Cold, changeable, and squally, with showers and in places hail. Snow on the ranges. Seas high.
