IN GERMAN SHIPPING. BERLIN, July 17. As a sequel to heavy losses of the Hamburg-America and North German Lloyd liners in recent years, a reconstruction is announced. A heavy reduction of capital is expected. ■ Two new subsidiary companies are being formed to take over the Atlantic services.
