UNITED STATES LEGISLATION. FLOUR TAX IMPOSITION. Received July 17, 9.40 a.m. BOSTON, July 16. The Circuit Court appears to have held as unconstitutional the processing and flour taxes imposed under the Agricultural Adjustment Act in a test naso brought by the receivers of Hoosac Alills, suing for tlio reooveiv of 81,000 dollars. The Justice Department’s lawyers at AVasliington promised a prompt appeal to the Supreme co jj ection of sonlo 700,000,000 dollars in processing taxes hinges on the constitutionality of the taxes.
