FOXTON.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) FOXTON, July 15. At a committee meeting of the Foxton Women’s Institute the resignation of Mrs L. Richardson from her position as assistant secretary, owing to ill-health, was received with regret. Miss B. Middleton was elccied in her stead A pleasing ceremony took place when employees of a local firm gathered to farewell Miss C. Rowntree, who was presented with a handsome dinner service as a memento of their esteem.
