TELEGRAPH CHARGES.
OPPOSITION TO SYSTEM,
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, June 24. A declaration that business interests through the Chamber of Commerce would continue their agitation for a reversion to the flat rate telegraph charges waS made to-day by a business man. Ho stated that the distance system gave AVellington firms a decided advantage over southern traders, particularly in Dunedin and Invercargill, where the highest rates operated when dealing with the North Island.
