COUNCIL ELECTIONS. WELLINGTON, June 22. The election of three members of the council of Victoria University College, Wellington, was completed yesterday. The ballot for the election of ( two members by members of the Court of Convocation resulted : Mr Justice H. H. Ostler 401 Mr P. Levi Mr H. McCormick 2b'J Mr Justice Ostler and Mr Levi were declared elected. The ballot for the election of two member by members of education boards in the Victoria University district resulted: — Hon. W. H. Mclntyre, M.L.C., 19 Mr M. H. Oram 18 Hon. R. McCallum, M.L.C. ... 9 Mr Mclntyre was declared elected.
