UNDERGOES OPERATION. (British Official Wireless.) Received June 22, 8.5 a.m. RUGBY, June 21. General Sir David Campbell, Governor of Malta, who underwent a severe operation in a London nursing home on Tuesday, is so far making very satisfactory progress.
