(From Our Own Correspondent.) TIAKITAIIUNA, June 3.
On Friday evening the fortnightly euchre party and dance was held. Winners of the card prizes werers W. McEwcn and Mr W. Johnson, Consolation prizes were presented to Miss J. Morley and Mr I. Parkinson. Supper was served by tho ladies of the committee and dance music was supplied by Mr Ganderton. Mrs Fealon and Miss Lanki'.dc, of Otoronghanga, arc the guests of Mr and Mrs N. P. Nielsen, Mrs Edwardes and Miss •MeEwen, with their two small nieces, are spending a holiday at Plimmerton. Mr Roger Walker, of Plimmerton, has boon spending the week-end with Mr and Mrs W. Rowland. Mr T. Watt; of Palmerston North, has been staying with Mr and Mrs M. Richardson. Miss M : Holder, of Welhas been visiting Miss M. Row-
