LONDON, May 26
The process of Cabinet reconstruction was advanced during the past week, but any forecast would bo pure speculation. An announcement is expected at an early date. Dir Lloyd George’s conversations with the Cabinet are still proceeding. The Daily Express believes that a new post, the Ministry of Defence, will bo created and offered to Mr Winston Churchill.
Several newspapers foreshadow that Mr Malcolm MacDonald’s post will be Secretary of the Dominions or Colonics.
