REMAND MADE.
SYDNEY, May 25. Patrick Brady, who was charged with the murder ot Janies Smith whose arm was disgorged by a shark in the Coogee Aqmirium on April 2o has been remanded till May 31. M'ady is also charged with attempted forgery.
