CRICKET ASSOCIATION.
AI A N A G E M ENT COMMITTEE MEETING. The management committee of the Feilding Cricket Association met on AYednesday night, Air G. J. Fitzpatrick presiding. Also present were Alessrs T. Donaldson (secretary), J. Dcwe, D. Smith, and A!. Barltrop. The action of the president and the secretary in granting the Sandon Cricket Club a bye on February 2 was confirmed. The Southern Hawke's Bay Cricket
Association wrote asking whether the proposed game with Tedding conkl be played this season, and it was decided to offer the association a match at Dannevirko on April 6. In proposing that this date be offered, Sir Donaldson stated that the local competitions would have to be concluded at the end of the present month to enable the wickets to be attended to and resown in grass for next season’s play. The committee decided to call a general meeting of all cricketers before the end of the season to discuss the question of holding a bazaar for the purpose of raising funds to build a pavilion at Kowhai Park. B GRADE FIXTURES. The following are the B grade games for Saturday:—Wesley v. .Sanson, No. 3 wicket; High School (m) v. Tedding, No. 4 wicket.
