CODE FOR OARSMEN
USE IN BOAT It ACE. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received March 14. 12.55 p.m. j LONDON, March 13. The Cambridge coxswain will operate in the boat race two electric bells more powerful than the one used last year, the sound of which was drowned by the cheering of the crowds and air engines. The bells are placed under the seats to convey code messages to the oarsmen.
