BRITAIN AND JAPAN. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 12. Tiie new Angio-Japnnese radio telephone service was officially opened this morning when Sir Kingsley V ood, Postmaster-General, from London greeted the Japanese Minister of Communications in Tokio. Sir John Simon, the British Foreign Secretary, also spoke with the Japanese Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr K. Hirota.
