Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 13. On December 6. 1934. J. V. Priestly pleaded guilty at Wellington to five charges of assault and was sentenced by Mr Justice Reed to he detained for reformative purposes for a period not exceeding two years. To-day the Court of Appeal made an order quashing that sentence and substituted for it an order that Priestly come up for sentence if required at any time with-j in two years. • I
