SANDON SPORTS.
The annual sports gathering to be held Sandon next Saturday promises to be an cnjovable one for all concerned. Tho club is ' keen to make this annual event no even more enjoyable day than hitherto. Arrangements have been made for a merry-go-round to bo present and it is hoped one or two sideshows wj! also attend to provide tlio public with further amusement. Highland dancing for children 14 years and under is to appear on the programme and this should bo appreciated by the public. Competition for the Alclvclvio and Hornblow . Shields promises to be keen Levin District High School a°d the kepanc School the respective holders, have both entered full teams and -will have strong opposition from ;Vr and Lvttoif Street Schools, Fcilding Carnarvon,' Glen Oroua, Tokorang.
