In tho agreement for the sale of the Chinese Eastern Railway to Manclnikuo by’ Russia, the documents include tlie Soviet-Alancliukuo transfer agreement, a Japanese Note in which Japan guarantees pnvment spread over three years of 140,000,000 yen, plus 30,000,000 yen for retiring Soviet employees; alos a Soviet-Japnnese-Alanchukno protocol by which two-thirds of the purchase price is payable with Japanese and Alauehukuo commodities.
