RESERVE BANK OPENS.
BUSINESS IN QANADA. Beceived March 12. 1.55 p.m. OTTAWA, March 11. The new Central Bank of Canada opened to day, with tho banks turning in their present currency for new, brightly-coloured bills, most of which bore the portraits of members of the Royal Family. The Government turned over 105.000,000 dollars in gold. The bank will deal only with brinks acting as regulators of business credit rates.
