ARMY RECRUITING.
A LESSER RESPONSE. Received March 11, 11.45 a.m. LONDON. March 10. The Blue Book report on army recruiting says that 1934 was a difficult year. The recruiting of persons was 3277 below that for 1933. ‘.‘ln some measure this was due to the improved trade, but more particularly to anti-war propaganda,” it is stated.
