WOMEN’S SUFFRAGE
VOTE IN FRENCH CHAMBER. PARIS, March I. The Chamber of Deputies carried by 453 votes to 124 a motion by the Socialist, M. Bracke, in favour of granting women equal rights with men, at not only municipal but all elections to the deliberative assemblies. The Senate, nevertheless, has twice previously rejected Women’s Suffrage Bills.
