NEW ZEALAND’S MATCHES. Received February 15 11.35 a.m. MELBOURNE, Feb. 15. New Zealand has chosen Eastbourne as the place for its first round in tho Davis Cup tie against Australia, but tho dates have not yet been arranged. Australia prefers May 9, 10, and 11, but New Zealand suggests May 16, 17 and 18.
