FRONTIER CLASH.
ARBITRATION PROBABLE. ADDIS ABABA, Feb. 14. The Emperor, in an interview, said he was anxious to carry out as quickly as possible- the agreement reached at Geneva, which is understood to mean that Ethiopia and Italy will recommence direct negotiations for the sole purpose of arranging prompt arbitration regarding resoonsibilitv for 'he clash at Ualual and the exact position of the frontier.
