PAHIATUA, Jan. 17. Mr and Mrs P. Tombs, of Napier, are staying with Mrs T. blcxted. bliss Joyce Jeffries, of Te Awamutu, is the guest of her aunt, Mrs J. D. C. Crewe, bliss Jean Hunter returned yesterday from a vacation spent in Christchurch. Mr and bits W. Cornelius, of 'Wellington, have been spending several weeks in Pahiatua as tlie guests of Mrs W. T. Boyd. Mrs J. A. Graham, of Taihnpe, lias been spending a holiday at Mangamutu with her sister, Mis A. W. Bisset, and in Pahiatua with her mother, Mrs J. J. Boagey.
