CHANCELLOR ILL. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 17. The New Zealand University Senate met this morning. The Chancellor, Professor Macmillan Brown, was absent owing to illness and his address was read by the Pro-Chancellor, Hon. J. A. Ha nan.
